Truman Brewery data centre

Brick Lane, London

Greater London · London · data centre

A 5,200 m² data centre at 47 Grey Eagle Street, part of the wider Truman Brewery redevelopment in Brick Lane. Tower Hamlets refused the scheme; the Secretary of State called it in and, on 29 July 2026, allowed all four appeals — offices, market, 44 homes and the data centre.
